Again I call notice to YOUNG AGE GROUP OF DEATHS!

I also say again VA and elected Representatives and Senators, Honor their deaths introduce a bill in this session of Congress to set up a Registry of Deaths of Desert Storm Veterans Name-Unit-Age-Cause-VA Rating- of Death completely Accessible to all on internet open to all Desert Storm Veterans whether they use VA or not.  Also a Diagnosed Illness Registry for Desert Storm Veterans.

And a new call for seperate Desert Shield Registries!  For those ready to deploy that got shots and potential secondary exposures ie Vector source equipment returned from gulf.

Calling on all veterans, civilians, everyone share this with other veterans, civilians, and your elected Senators and Representatives.

Would be nice if elected Representatives and Senators were required to read these names into offical Senate and House Daily record on the floor of House and Senate.  How about a law to require that too!

9.  James E. Ellerton
1947 – 2009
On June 1, 2009, a wonderful man, husband, father, grandfather and soldier transitioned to his Eternal Home. James Erwin Ellerton passed away in his home in his beloved Mammoth, Mont.

Jim was born in Chicago, Ill. (Cook County), 62 years ago on Jan. 29, 1947. He lived in Custer, S.D., in his early years. The family moved to Bozeman, where Jim completed his high school education. Later his family moved to Ennis.

Jim graduated from Montana State University. He served his country with pride as a corpsman in the United States Navy. He saw active duty in Vietnam with the Marines and was reactivated during Desert Storm, serving in the Navy hospital in San Diego, Calif. He retired as a chief corpsman following 27 years of active and reserve duty.

Jim worked as an accountant for the Montana Power Company in Butte, for more than 20 years. He enjoyed his ranch in Whitehall and, following retirement, found new homes in Overton, Nev., and Mammoth (Cardwell), Mont. He loved working with his hands and was an accomplished carpenter.

Jim and his wife, Catherine (Wegener), spent many years involved with 4-H clubs in Montana, with the Wrangler’s Horse Club in Whitehall, and as host parents for five exchange students from Austria, Croatia, Germany and Sweden. He enjoyed looking for and collecting antiques (wife not included). True to his "hippie" youth, Jim was known to frequent various rock concerts throughout the country.

He dearly loved his only child, Kevin Carl Ellerton and his family, Brandi (Barone), Ashtyn Laine and Kyler Thomas of Bozeman. He found great delight in being part of their lives.

His father and stepmother, Russel and Phyllis (Lilyard) Ellerton, preceded him in death.

Jim is survived by his wife, Catherine (Wegener); his mother, MaryAnn (Meyers) Henson of Chicago, Ill.; and siblings: Jolene Ellerton of Missoula; Cathy (Stan) Gardner of Wayne, Neb.; Randy (Laura) Ellerton of Belgrade; Clinton Ellerton (Vickie Morrow) of Swannanoa, N.C.; Judy Lanners of Phoenix, Ariz.; Chuck (Connie) Henson of Gilbert, Ariz.; Lenda (David) Kaplan of San Diego, Calif.; and Joan (Kevin) Sutton of Chicago, Ill. He was very fond of his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces and always enjoyed the time spent with them, as well the time spent with the many friends he met along his journey.

Following cremation, a private memorial service was held in Mammoth.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jefferson Valley Museum in Whitehall; to the Ennis Library in Ennis; or to Voluntary Services for Veterans in Need, P.O. Box 81, Fort Harrison, MT 59636.

11.  MICHELETTI, Dain Marshall
On June 7, 2009, at the age of 38, Dain entered into peace surrounded by his family. Born to Dennis and De’Lynn on May 11, 1971, he was the welcomed little brother to Dean and Denyne. Dain was a lifelong "Sacramentan". He attended Del Dayo Elementary School, Arden Middle School and Rio American High School. He proudly served this country as a member of the United States Marine Corps and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. For the last couple of years, Dain struggled with finding the right place in this world. Through his search, he made many friends from all walks of life. From the friends he met later in his life to those that have seen him through his many journeys, Dain will be sorely missed. To have a life end so young leaves a void that cannot be filled for his family and friends. Dain was preceded in death by his grandparents Julio and Mary Micheletti; and Nick and Alyce Zadorakin. He leaves behind his parents Dennis and De’Lynn Micheletti, brother Dean, sister Denyne (Mark), and nephews Kevin and Mitchell and nieces Haley and Michaela. A private Holy Rosary and service will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice in the name of Dain Marshall Micheletti. Care entrusted to Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA.
