In today’s New York Times there is an article quoting Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as saying that the U.S. will erect a nuclear defense umbrella over the Persian Gulf States if Iran goes nuclear. Yeah, that is really going in a new direction. Way to go Hillary! Here is the article.
