WHY IS 9/11 ABOUT POLITICS?

A couple of weeks ago, a key government staffer was forced to resign because he had supported an effort calling for a new 9/11 investigation.  News sources continually call anyone asking questions about 9/11 conspiracy nuts.  I let it all go, after all, its over and Bush is gone.  I just hadn’t been paying attention.

What I didn’t know is that the official report on 9/11 had been rescinded by the 9/11 Commission and that the criminal investigation they asked for had been denied.  Why then do Republicans demand to keep everything covered up?  What does this have to do with politics?  Is crashing airplanes into buildings a conservative issue?

Then I was contacted by the "truthers" group, http://www.patriotsquestion911.com/.  I had no idea so many people were involved in demanding a new investigation.  It isn’t jsut a few generals and retired CIA anymore, its leaders like President Mubarak of Egypt and half the Russian government.  In fact, so many credible people are involved from every country and every political spectrum that I am beginning to think I have been living in a hole somewhere.

What was I thinking?  There are tons of theories and scientists that attack every aspect of what happened on 9/11.  Worse, there are air traffic controllers who simply claim we lied thru our teeth, the same controllers who watched the Pentagon attack from the tower at Dulles Airport.

I never thought the pictures looked like an airliner.  Most people don’t.  Now I find the air traffic controllers thought it was a fighter jet on their radar, something they see every day. 

Then we have the police and firemen who describe what they saw close up.  None of it comes together either.  There is just so much that not investigating, especially since the Commission itself demands a new investigation, is impossible to ignore.

Why then is covering it all up, the NORAD stand down, the lies, the proven lies, the perjury and all the things that just don’t even come close to fitting, why is this politics?

Why is keeping the truth from the families of the 9/11 victims such a big issue with the Republican Party?  Someone please explain this to me.

Have someone from the RNC contact me, they know who I am, and tell me why it is Republican Party policy to suppress a new investigation.

Then, have someone from the Whitehouse call me and tell me why Obama is helping them.
