Camp Lejeune Informational Meeting Saturday July 10

I hope everyone had a safe and pleasant holiday weekend.

We are sending out this email to all of the TFTPTF members concerning the regional Camp Lejeune informational meetings scheduled over the next few weeks.  

We have held two meetings so far, one in North Carolina and the other in Florida. They both went well and based on these meetings were are planning to hold several more in the Eastern US. The Bell Legal Group has graciously donated their time and resources to sponsor these meetings. It is up to you to attend.  

The purpose is not a sales pitch from a lawyer but rather to give us an opportunity to meet everyone and to show YOU what is going on with the Camp Lejeune contaminated drinking water issue and ask us questions.  

Jerry Ensminger and I will be the speakers at the meeting not the lawyers. We will show you the key documents what the USMC knew, when they knew it and what they have not told you. For example, how many of you were aware that over 1 million gallons of gasoline was spilled/leaked into the ground water at Mainside?    

If you do want to speak to a member of the Bell Legal Group, they will be there for questions after we are done speaking.   We have received a number of emails from members out West inquiring if we were going to hold meetings there. Right now, there are no meetings scheduled but, with that being said,  if we can gather up enough people (150+) for a particular area, I am sure we can make arrangements to hold a meeting for those who are interested.  

The next meeting will be held in Western Virginia Saturday July 10^th. So far there have been a handful of people who have signed up.

A meeting about the CAMP LEJEUNE WATER CONTAMINATION effects will be held July 10, 2010 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Roanoke Higher Education Center, Room 212, located at 108 N. Jefferson Street, Roanoke, VA. (This location is handicap accessible.) If you believe your health or the health of a loved one has been compromised from exposure to Camp Lejeune water, we encourage you to attend this free informational seminar. Additional meeting dates are listed below. The informational meetings will be held from 11-3 p.m. each date. Please be advised these dates are subject to change if the minimum amount of attendees are not met. We ask that you RSVP to receive updated information.
