For several months a few gulf war veterans have been trying to help a female veteran in need and still two days before Christmas we are desperate.

We have tried thru VA headquarters contacts to save a female navy veteran from becoming homeless again!  She is ill and needs a big Christmas miracle.  THe writer has contacted news media in COlorado Springs and Denver to shine some light on the needs of a female veteran, despite all the words no action is getting done to pull off a Christmas miracle!  Well I am throwing the door open to all veterans and veteran supporters can we be angels for this Navy Female veteran in her time of need.

The details are below:

Have a Navy female veteran in desperate straights in Colorado Springs. She has children and no toys for christmas, she is fighting to not become homeless on Jan 1……Here is the info:
“—- Kristina Sawyckyj on phone here is situation: Rent(1100/mo) is paid until Dec31, Utilities 275/month covered until Jan., She hit 4 food banks and has food for Christmas(with children out of school on break need extra until they get back to school).

She needs here adult diapers which VA is not providing that costs 70 a month, Children Sara 5 yrs needs socks and underware little girl size 5, Daniel 7, Noah 9 needs sweat pants(2) size medium, and shoes 5 wide.

Her address is 2377 Distinctive DR, Colorado Springs, Co 80920. Her phone is 719-388-6686.

She is 40% Service connected she does have more C and P exams scheduled on Jan 23rd and they are trying to expedite that process but looks like March to June?????

She is trying to get utilies program that states supposedly have. The Mormon Church helped pay the due bill on utilities at least paid up to next bill in January(at least that is what we were told!).
Christmas unlimited is the porgram locally the toys for tots is supporting. I expected the lady at the va was going to help so I did not duplicate. The 2 little ones have a gift noah does not. The mormon church was supposed to do my utility bill but has not as of yesterday. ”

Never too late to lend a hand all!!!!
