Pat Robertson Warns Americans About Not Supporting Israel

Christian Zionist, televangelist, millionaire and son-of-a-senator Pat Robertson recently warned Americans that any attempt by the US to stop the illegal and deadly Israeli occupation of Jerusalem and other Palestinian lands will incur the wrath of God against America and Americans.
He urged listeners to instruct their politicians not to demand that Israel pulls back to its pre-1967 boarders nor gives back Palestinian East Jerusalem to the Palestinians.
Of course, there is no need for any serious thought about US politicians demanding Israel do anything. Israel plays the tune, the US political whores do the dance and the American people and military pay the price.
Robertson believes the Old Testament/Hebrew Bible in its claim that God gave a gift of real estate to the ancient Hebrews/Jews in Palestine. This is strongly in line with Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu who said Jerusalem has been Israel’s capital for 3,000 years. Both Pat and Netanyahu are wrong.

There is absolutely no evidence God gave real estate to anyone, including the Hebrews/Jews. This myth was created by the ancient Hebrews/Jews as a psychological weapon to use while stealing their neighbor’s lands.

It is still used today as an excuse for turning a blind eye to the destructive aggression of the nuclear Jewish state and is promoted from pulpits across the world as well as in movies such as the popular mini-series The Bible which recently aired on The History Channel. Several US state legislatures have even gone so far as to pass resolutions openly expressing belief in this nonsensical Biblical claim.
For example, in 2011 the South Carolina General Assembly passed a resolution which openly promotes this Hebrew/Jewish propaganda. The resolution opens with;

“Whereas, Israel has been granted her lands under and through the oldest recorded deed as reported in the Old Testament, a tome of scripture held sacred and reverenced by Jew and Christian, alike, as the acts and words of God.”

If it’s a recorded deed why don’t they have the original signed by the Bible god by the name of “Jealous” (Exodus 34:14)?
The Hebrew Bible/Old Testament implies/teaches that the Hebrew/Jewish race is one of, if not the oldest and longest existing races on Earth. This idea is evident in the language in the South Carolina resolution which reads, “through the oldest recorded deed . . .”
Where has all of our commeon sense gone
The American revolutionary and founder Thomas Paine, in his landmark book on God, Deism and religion, The Age of Reason, The Complete Edition, points out the lie of this false belief.
He wrote on page 321, “. . . for the Jews are but a modern race compared with the antiquity of other nations.
At the time there were, even by their own account, but thirteen Jews or Israelites in the world, Jacob and his twelve sons, and four of these were bastards, the nations of Egypt, Chaldea, Persia, and India, were great and populous, abounding in learning and science, particularly in the knowledge of astronomy, of which the Jews were always ignorant.”

“The chronological tables mention that eclipses were observed at Babylon above two thousand years before the Christian era, which was before there was a single Jew or Israelite in the world.”

The French Deist Voltaire recognized these facts as well as Paine did. In his short essay Adam, Voltaire wrote,

“It is certain that the Jews had written and read very little; that they were profoundly ignorant of astronomy, geometry, geography, and physics; that they knew nothing of the history of other nations; and that it was only in Alexandria that they at last began to acquire some learning.
Their language was a barbarous mixture of ancient Phoenician and corrupted Chaldee; it was so poor that several moods were wanting in the conjugation of their verbs.
Moreover, as they communicated neither their books nor the titles of them to any foreigner, no one on earth except themselves had ever heard of Adam, or Eve, or Abel, or Cain, or Noah. Abraham alone was, in course of time, known to the Oriental nations; but no ancient people admitted Abraham, or Ibrahim, was the root of the Jewish nation.”

In order to break free of these shackles on our minds which greatly influence what our actions are, we need a new Enlightenment similar to what Europeans brought about in the 17th and 18th centuries. Or, more to the point, we need to bring about what Thomas Paine called for in The Age of Reason, The Complete Edition: A revolution in religion based on our innate God-given reason and Deism.
