Neo-Bolshevik Think Tanks, Revolutionaries, and Organizations (Part I)

“Both the Bush and Obama administrations have given Israel everything it has wanted (except a green light to attack Iran), and U.S. politicians continue to bend over backward to express their deep devotion to the Jewish state.”—Professor Stephen M. Walt of Harvard[1]

…by Jonas E. Alexis

Stephen M. Walt

A working definition of “neo-Bolshevik think tanks and organizations” is any institute or organization that seeks to pursue perpetual wars in the Middle East either covertly or explicitly in the name of “counter-terrorism.” Moreover, this particular think tank or organization will implicitly elevate Israel above any other nation and sometimes above the law. This was quite clear when George W. Bush asked his father to define neoconservatism.

“‘What’s a neocon?’” he said. “‘Do you want names, or a description?’” answered the elder Bush. “‘Description.’ ‘Well,’ said the former president of the United States, ‘I’ll give it to you in one word: Israel.’”[2]

In other words, every president of the United States has to answer to Israel with respect to the Middle East, even though no president seems to like being dictated by a foreign country.

Both former president Nicolas Sarkozy and president Obama for example knew very well that Netanyahu cannot be trusted. At one point, Sarkozy said to Obama, “I can’t stand him [Netanyahu]. He’s a liar.”

Obama responded, “You’re tired of him; what about me? I have to deal with him every day.”[3] The media and both presidents, even though they got caught with their pants down denouncing Netanyahu as a liar, denied that they ever uttered those words.

Scholars such as Halper and Clarke note the same thing, arguing that for the neocons, there is “a keen interest in the affairs of Israel”[4] and Benjamin Ginsberg confirms that a central focus of the neoconservatives is “their attachment to Israel.”[5]

In other words, the capital of the United States is Washington, but Washington has to respond to a higher power with respect to the Middle East, and that higher power is Israel.

Here terms such as “republican” and “democrat” are made meaningless because both are used equally to further the neo-Bolshevik/neoconservative agenda.

Madeleine Albright

For example, Jewish mogul George Soros used his money to campaign against George W. Bush’s run for president. Yet Soros later paid at least $150,000 “for lobbying work” to Randy Scheunemann, a Jewish neocon who was John Mc-Cain’s foreign policy adviser and later Sarah Palin’s aide.[6] (And Scheunemann did not disappoint, because he did major underground based on Jewish interests rather than American interests.[7]).

One common denominator between Bolshevism, Zionism and neoconservatism is that they all seek massive death in order to bring about their own version of heaven on earth. Millions upon millions of people had to die after the Bolshevik Revolution was over. Millions upon millions of people—including children—have to die in the Middle East in order to bring about this tikkum olam.

This became very clear way back in 1996 when Leslie Stahl of 60 Minutes asked Madeleine Albright the question, “We have heard that half a million children have died [from the sanction]. I mean, that’s more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?”

Without batting an eye, the neo-Bolshevik responded, “We think the price is worth it.”[8] Later, Albright accused Stahl of propounding “Iraqi propaganda” and moved on to say that “I had fallen into a trap and said something I did not mean.”[9]

Fallen into a trap? This was a serious question that demanded serious answers, and Albright thought it was a set up! Moreover, if Albright did not mean it, why didn’t she write an apology to the thousands upon thousands of Iraqi parents who have lost their children because of the sanction?

What is so sickening and disgusting is that Albright was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Barack Obama.[10]

While the neo-Bolsheviks are still carrying their crimes all across the Middle East without a challenge, the Associated Press is worrying that 10 alleged Nazi war criminals are living in the U.S.![11]

In a nutshell, in the Jewish Century, torture and crimes against humanity have to be reinterpreted—and the best way to do so is to redefine those terms away. In a later interview, Albright contradicted herself by upholding two opposite and radical ideas. She declared that the war in Iraq was the greatest disaster in the history of America.

But when the interviewer asked, “Experience of the recent years have made people starting to describe the United States as an empire as opposed to the Republic its Founding Fathers intended it to be,” Albright unapologetically declared America “America is not an empire…It is not a country that wants to go out and dominate others.”[12]

As Stephen Walt of Harvard wrote a few days ago,

The United States invaded two Muslim countries — Afghanistan and then Iraq — even though the latter had nothing whatsoever to do with 9/11. Each war then led to long and incompetently run occupations in which many local inhabitants died. The United States was not directly responsible for all these deaths, of course, and some of its acts in both countries were obviously intended to help local citizens.

“But overall, these actions merely reinforced the idea that the United States has an irresistible propensity to interfere in these societies, and often with military force. The war on terror also led to drone strikes in Yemen and Pakistan, the abuses at Abu Ghraib and Guantánamo, and an outpouring of Islamophobic rhetoric by certain U.S. pundits and politicians.

“And oh yes: The United States has also imposed increasingly stringent sanctions on Iran, which makes both Israel and the Saudi royal family happy but reinforces perceptions of a powerful but hypocritical America. In short, the past 12 years provide plenty of ammunition for anyone trying to argue that the United States remains intrinsically hostile to the Muslim world…

“The United States gave Israel diplomatic cover during the 2006 Lebanon War and the 2008-2009 Gaza War, and also following the attack on the Mavi Marmara in 2010. Obama caved completely on the issue of a settlement freeze, and the U.S. Congress continues to vote a generous aid package every year and demean itself with various AIPAC-drafted resolutions.”[13]

How, then, can Albright maintain both contradictory statements at the same time and in the same respect while her head does not explode? The U.S. is not an empire but the U.S., through Israel’s orders, is policing virtually every country in the Middle East.

Neo-Bolshevik Think Tanks and Organizations

So what are some of those neo-Bolshevik think tanks and organizations?

Daniel Pipes

Middle East Forum (MEF), headed by Daniel Pipes, is a quintessential example of neo-Bolshevism in action. We have already seen how Pipes has implicitly declared that the U.S. should support both Assad and the Syrian terrorists so that both entities would end up destroying themselves.[14]

The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) is another version of neo-Bolshevism. They were very vocal in promulgating the lie that Iraq had WMDs without a shred of evidence. Even after the war was a disaster, the AEI came up with a brilliant strategy of how to win the war.

In a 47-page paper entitled “Choosing Victory: A Plan for Success in Iraq,” it is said that America had to send “25,000 additional troops to clear Baghdad house by house.”[15] When people were a little skeptical about the strategy, Joe Lieberman declared, “The fact is that we are engaged against an axis of Islamist extremists and terrorists. It is an axis of evil.”[16]

Previously, in 2003, George W. Bush gave a speech at the same institution declaring, “A liberated Ira can show the power of freedom to transform that vital region” precisely because Iraq would serve “as a dramatic and inspiring example…for other nations in the region.”[17] A decade later, decent Jewish writers and scholars such as Fred Kaplan of Slate were talking about “the coming collapse of the Middle East.” A proper title could have been: “The Coming Collapse of the Middle East by the Neo-Bolsheviks.”

More neo-Bolshevik organizations: JINSA (Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs); AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee); PNAC (Project for the New American Century); WINEP (Washington Institute for Near Eastern Policy); ZOA (Zionist Organization of America).

One of the most vocal representatives for the idea of bombing Iran is Michael Ledeen, known for his book The Iranian Time Bomb: The Mullah Zealots’ Quest for Destruction. Ledeen is a former scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, where he worked with Richard Perle, known as the “Prince of Darkness.” For over twenty-five years Ledeen was actively involved in “the Jewish Institute of National Security Affairs (JINSA), an activist group that promotes a strategic alliance between the United States and Israel.”[18]

Michael Ledeen

Central to Ledeen’s thesis in The Iranian Time Bomb is that Iran was responsible for September 11th. Not only that, Iran has always sought “to destroy or dominate” the United States![19] Moreover, for Ledeen, Iran is “the mother of modern terrorism.”[20]

Ledeen believes the best way to destroy “the mother of modern terrorism” is through war. In fact, Ledeen has been a proponent of the idea that peace can come through violent war. He said,

“I don’t know of a case in history where peace has been accomplished in any way other than one side winning a war [and] imposing terms on the other side.”[21]

Ledeen also maintains that Iran was the chief mine of terrorism, proven, says Ledeen, by court documents (even though he never tells where to find the court documents or what they actually said); in the same article, Ledeen even implied that the quicker the U.S. invaded Iran, the better.[22]

By invading Iran, Ledeen argued, the U.S. would eventually bring down “the mullahcracy, for they will keep killing our people and our friends.”[23] It is not surprising that Ledeen has been described as “one of the most dishonest and ludicrous jokes on the political scene.”[24]

As the United States moved toward war against Iraq, Ledeen claimed that countries that did not fully support the United States were allying themselves with terrorism.

“The Franco-German strategy was based on using Arab and Islamic extremism and terrorism as the weapon of choice, and the United Nations as the straitjacket for blocking a decisive response from the United States,” Ledeen wrote, claiming that both France and Germany should be treated as “strategic enemies.”[25]

Not only that, he further stated that both France and Germany had “struck a deal with radical Islam and with radical Arabs.” Although Ledeen admits that the theory “sounds fanciful, to be sure,” he was clear that if it happens to be correct,

“we will have to pursue the war against terror far beyond the boundaries of the Middle East, into the heart of Western Europe. And there, as in the Middle East, our greatest weapons are political: the demonstrated desire for freedom of the peoples of the countries that oppose us.”[26]

In response to this, Jonah Goldberg proposed the “Leeden doctrine,” which simply is that “every ten years or so, the United States needs to pick up some small crappy little country and throw it against the wall, just to show the world we mean business.”[27]

Once again we are back to perpetual wars, not only in the Middle East, but wherever neo-Bolsheviks like Ledeen want them. As Ledeen himself declared, the levels of casualties in the Iraq War are “secondary. It may sound like an odd thing to say. But all the great scholars who have studied American character have come to the conclusion that we are a warlike people and that we love war.”[28]

Levels of casualties are “secondary” precisely because in the Jewish Century, casualties are some of the disasters that Gentiles have to endure. We are seeing the same results in other places. During the last six months, it has been reported that 1,319 civilian deaths have taken place in Afghanistan. Some 2,533 people have been injured. This has been growing at an astronomical rate.[29] Torture has also been considered an essential fabric in Afghanistan.[30]

Moreover, it has been reported that millions upon millions of Syrian refugees are without food and shelter due to the war in Syria. The UN was not even able to reach all of those people.[31] But again this is a small price to pay. According to the neo-Bolshevik reading of things, Israel is worth that price.

This is not the first time Ledeen had turned to blatant fabrication in order to promote an ideology—he was one of the people who promoted the falsehood that Saddam Hussein had bought uranium in Niger.[32] Ledeen later denied any involvement in the matter.[33]

Neoconservatives such as Mark R. Levin have stood up for Ledeen, saying things like the “Left’s narrative” has produced a libelous accusation against Ledeen when he had nothing to do with the forgery.[34]

Who’s paying the bill?

As I write, Detroit is virtually economically ruined. “Crimes have become so bad there,” one reported declared, that “police are telling people to enter at their own risks.”[35] Recently, the San Francisco Chronicle declares, “Four out of 5 U.S. adults struggle with joblessness, near-poverty or reliance on welfare for at least parts of their lives, a sign of deteriorating economic security and an elusive American dream.”[36]

As I write, Los Angeles, as president of California’s Reform Daniel Pellissler puts it, “is probably two to three years away from being in the same position that Detroit is where there is not enough money to pay the bills. [LA] can’t project, going forward, a stable budget because they face the same pension problems that everyone else in the country does.”[37]

Some have predicted that other cities such as Newark, Oakland, Cleveland, will more than likely follow the disastrous fate of Detroit,[38] unless a radical change takes place.

How can we change this disaster? Pellissler declares, “The only way that you can really deal with this is to change the promises that you’ve made to employees. We’re at the place in California where many of the cities in distress could ease their pension burden if they could just change the benefits that current employees earn in the future.”[39]

In other words, precious Americans work their entire life to get a decent retirement, but they will be shocked to know that the money isn’t there—it has fallen on the blessed hands of the neo-Bolsheviks, who use it for perpetual wars.

There is more bad news on the horizon. A three-panel judge ordered Governor Jerry Brown of California to release nearly 10,000 inmates “because of a huge overcrowding problem in the California prison system.”[40]

In nearly every country, if an alien commits a crime, he is out of that country. (This writer currently resides in South Korea and the immigration law is quite strict.) But in America, if aliens commit crimes, we put them to jail and now we are in the process of letting them go because “of a huge overcrowding problem.” Listen to this:

“When the United States incarcerates criminal aliens—noncitizens convicted of crimes while in this country legally or illegally–in federal and state prisons and local jails, the federal government bears much of the costs.

“It pays to incarcerate criminal aliens in federal prisons and reimburses state and local governments for a portion of their costs of incarcerating some, but not all, criminal aliens illegally in the country through the Department of Justice’s State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) managed by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).

“Some state and local governments have expressed concerns about the impact that criminal aliens have on already overcrowded prisons and jails and that the federal government reimburses them for only a portion of their costs of incarcerating criminal aliens.

“At the federal level, the number of criminal aliens incarcerated increased from about 42,000 at the end of calendar year 2001 to about 49,000 at the end of calendar year 2004–a 15 percent increase. The percentage of all federal prisoners who are criminal aliens has remained the same over the last 3 years–about 27 percent.

“The majority of criminal aliens incarcerated at the end of calendar year 2004 were identified as citizens of Mexico. We estimate the federal cost of incarcerating criminal aliens–Bureau of Prisons (BOP)’s cost to incarcerate criminals and reimbursements to state and local governments under SCAAP—totaled approximately $5.8 billion for calendar years 2001 through 2004.”[41]

A spokesperson for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation declared a few years ago that “These are foreign-born inmates. Or unlawfully present.”[42] Some of the inmates are from various places around the world: Congo, Egypt, Afghanistan, Finland, El Salvador, and primarily Mexico.[43]

How much does it cost the taxpayers? Almost a billion dollars a year! Senator Michael Rubio declared, “It’s too much money. It’s very difficult for people to conceive the size of the problem. We have a revolving door with respect to sending violent criminals to their countries, and then they just end up coming back to the U.S. and specifically California.[44]

The NSA Cannot Help Curb Drug Trafficking and Money Laundering

Once again, the NSA can spy on your girlfriend, your wife, your close friends, and can even detect whether you have a huge underwear, but they cannot protect the American people when it comes to criminal activity sneaking in the country! More recently, the New York Times itself blew everything out of proportion when it reported:

“Agencies working to curb drug trafficking, cyberattacks, money laundering, counterfeiting and even copyright infringement complain that their attempts to exploit the [NSA’s] vast resources have often been turned down because their own investigations are not considered a high enough priority, current and former government officials say….

“Privately, intelligence officials at the drug agency and elsewhere have complained that they feel shut out of the process by the N.S.A. and the F.B.I. from start to finish, with little input on what groups are targeted with surveillance and only sporadic access to the classified material that is ultimately collected.[45]

What the authors of the article implicitly are implicitly saying is that the NSA only exists to protect Israel, not Americans or America.  The NSA’s job is to spy on you and others for the state of Israel. The only way that nearly all precious Americans have not yet revolted against the NSA is largely because we have already been bombarded by the idea that spying on Americans is good. Hollywood has already done a good job on this. The Dark Knight, the top grossing film in 2008, made this point very clear.

How do NSA officials respond?

Intelligence officials say they have been careful to limit the use of the security agency’s troves of data and eavesdropping spyware for fear they could be misused in ways that violate Americans’ privacy rights.”[46]

They spent more than a decade spying on Americans (and yes, they are still doing it), but they cannot help curb drug trafficking? Nonsense! But there is more to the picture than meets the eye and ear here:

“Sometimes, security agency and bureau officials accuse the smaller agencies of exaggerating links to national security threats in their own cases when pushing for access to the security agency’s surveillance capabilities. Officials from the other agencies say that if a link to national security is considered legitimate, the F.B.I. will at times simply take over the case itself and work it with the N.S.A.

“In one such case, the bureau took control of a Secret Service investigation after a hacker was linked to a foreign government, one law enforcement official said. Similarly, the bureau became more interested in investigating smuggled cigarettes as a means of financing terrorist groups AFTER the case was developed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.[47]

Who is really benefiting from this drug business? As we shall see in a moment, it is largely the neo-Bolsheviks.

The bigger picture here is that whether the issues revolve around drug trafficking or protecting our borders, decent Americans are paying the price. Rubio lamented, “We have to urge the Federal government to do a better job of protecting our borders.”[48] Congressman Kevin McCarthy said something similar:

There’s no question illegal immigration continues to be a large and costly problem in California and around the nation. The first and most important step to addressing this problem is securing our border. The federal government can and should do more to ensure our border is secure, including more physical barriers, border patrol and electronic surveillance.”[49]

My response to Rubio and McCarthy is that the Federal government does not have money to protect our borders, since much of the money has already gone to perpetual wars, the NSA, and other Israeli-run businesses.

Even Chuck Norris, a Hollywood Zionist shill, had an ounce of common sense to say that we need to “deport California’s illegal immigrant prisoners.”[50] What Norris does not know or does not want to tell his readers is that this was a largely Jewish movement, an issue that will come up in another article.

Neo-Bolsheviks: Bomb, Bomb, Bomb, Bomb, Bomb, Bomb Iran

Joshua Muravchik

While every fabric of the social and economic pillars seem to be crumbling, neo-Bolsheviks like Evelyn Gordon of Commentary keeps telling us that “There’s no more time to waste on Iran”![51] Gordon, who has been living in Israel since 1987, concludes her article by saying, “either military action is taken in the coming months, or a nuclear Iran will be inevitable. There is no more time to waste.”[52]

Joshua Muravchik of the American Enterprise Institute wrote in the LA Times way back in 2006 that “Diplomacy is doing nothing to stop the Iranian nuclear threat; a show of force is the only answer.”[53] The first sentence that muravchik wrote in his article can hardly be missed: “WE MUST bomb Iran.”[54] Just a few days ago, Graham Allison of the Atlantic reported:

“That Iran’s nuclear challenge poses the most urgent threat to peace and security today is widely agreed across the national security community, and many argue that 2013 will be the decisive year for this issue. As former Mossad head Ephraim Halevy notes, Israel ‘has long believed that mid-2013 would be an hour of decision in its dealings with Iran.’”[55]

Allison continued to say, “I am prepared to bet $51 of my money against $49 of those who want to bet that by December 31, 2013, Iran will either have a nuclear weapon or have been the target of a major bombing attack.”[56]

I will propose a better offer. Based on Israel’s history of lying to the West about Iran and based on the U.S. intelligence community, I will bet five thousand dollars that Iran will not get the bomb in 2013.

Neo-Bolsheviks are getting paid from drug trafficking

Richard Perle, known as the “Prince of Darkness”

The bigger picture again is this: who in his right mind would want to pursue perpetual wars except neo-Trotskyites and neo-Bolsheviks who work for Israel and other foreign countries? Former CIA official Philip Giraldi writes,

“Richard Perle and Doug Feith in particular benefited financially from their ties to defense industries in Israel while also serving as richly rewarded ‘consultants’ for Turkish interests. Feith’s International Advisors Inc., a registered agent for Turkey in 1989-1994, was paid $600,000 a year by Turkish sources, while Richard Perle received $48,000 annually as a consultant.

“Feith has also long been associated with Northrop Grumman sales in the Middle East. While at the Pentagon in 1983, Perle was criticized for endorsing the U.S. Army’s purchase of an armaments system from an Israeli company that had paid him $50,000 in consulting fees one year before…

“In Sibel Edmonds’s day, the Turks and Israelis were under investigation by the FBI because U.S.-made weapons incorporating restricted technologies were appearing in a number of countries not authorized to receive them, many of which were located in Central and South Asia as well as in Latin America. The weapons have also wound up in the hands of criminal cartels and narcotics traffickers, mingling arms sales with large-scale fraud, extortion, and drugs.

“While Turkish interests are largely confined to the Near East and adjacent areas in Europe, the Israelis operate worldwide. Israeli arms dealers, security services, and consultants span the globe. They dominate the airport security industry and have also been linked to training, equipping, and intelligence-gathering for corrupt and dictatorial regimes in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Security companies sometimes work as stringers for Israeli intelligence and may have ties to criminal groups including burgeoning Russian-Israeli organized crime in the United States.[57]

Moreover, what country would attack another country without even paying attention to international law? Israel has attacked Syria at least four times over the past few months. Israel, according to the New York Times, plans further attack on Syria![58]

It becomes quite obvious that Israel, “the problem child,” to use Harry Truman’s own words, needs to be sanctioned.  That “problem child” gives us problems in the Middle East, which indirectly gave us Guantanamo, where it costs the American people “a whopping $2.7 million per prisoner.”[59] Keep in mind that Guantanamo has been in operation since 2002.

“Do the math: 166 prisoners, $454 million. We are spending $2.7 million per year for each detainee held at Guantánamo Bay. What does it cost to put a prisoner and keep them in the safest and most secure prison in America in Florence, Colo.? $78,000 a year against $2.7 million that we’re spending in Guantánamo.”[60]

Neo-Bolshevism will suck the West and much of the world dry

E. Michael Jones recently likens New York City to “a huge vacuum cleaner, sucking labor from every part of the United States and every part of the world. New York City is also a huge juicing machine. Like a juicing machine, it sucks the labor out of those who go there looking for work and then spits out the human pulp that is left over when the labor has been extracted…In a capitalist economy, the man with the most money gets the most fruit. Human labor lines up at the portals of New York City to be juiced.”[61]

One of the victims of this juicy factory was a woman who happened to be a lawyer. She has been “unhappy for 10 years now,” she told her friend.

“Her troubles began, she tells her friend, when a new partner joined the firm. The new partner felt that every client had the right to a legal brief the very next day, no matter how complicated. His advent at the firm meant that the then young lady lawyer began a series of 18-hour days which have continued to the present. She would get home at midnight and have a cheese sandwich just before going to bed for the five hours of sleep that would allow her to be at her desk the next day at 6:00 AM.

“‘One night,’ she told her friend, ‘I came home at midnight and was eating my cheese sandwich on the sofa when I burst into tears.’ Because of her hours she had not gone to a party in months; she had not met anyone as a result; as a result, she had not gotten married; she had not had children; now she was in her mid-40s and it was too late to have children. The New York Labor Juicer had sucked her dry.”[62]

It is the same thing with the neo-Bolsheviks and nearly all their thank thinks and organizations.

They sucked the social, economic, political, and spiritual life out of the West and spew the pulp out. Every country that has made a deal with the neo-Bolsheviks pays a huge price in the end. The neo-Bolsheviks have taken them further they want to go, have entertained them longer than they want to stay, and cost them more than they want to pay.

Even Bloomberg recently has this to say: “Supporters of the Taliban and al-Qaeda in Afghanistan have been getting U.S. military contracts, and American officials are citing “due process rights” as a reason not to cancel the agreements, according to an independent agency monitoring spending.”[63]

Yet in an attempt to deceive the American people and perhaps to boost the NSA’s covert operations, “The United States has issued a global travel alert because of an al-Qaeda terrorist threat.”[64] The article continues to petrify the American people this way:

“Current information suggests that al-Qa’ida and affiliated organizations continue to plan terrorist attacks both in the region and beyond, and that they may focus efforts to conduct attacks in the period between now and the end of August.

“Terrorists may elect to use a variety of means and weapons and target both official and private interests. U.S. citizens are reminded of the potential for terrorists to attack public transportation systems and other tourist infrastructure.

“Terrorists have targeted and attacked subway and rail systems, as well as aviation and maritime services. U.S. citizens should take every precaution to be aware of their surroundings and to adopt appropriate safety measures to protect themselves when traveling.”[65]

The New York Times added, “The United States intercepted electronic communications this week among senior operatives of Al Qaeda, in which the terrorists discussed attacks against American interests in the Middle East and North Africa, American officials said Friday.”[66]  ABC News moved on to declare, “The official described the terrorists as saying the planned attack is ‘going to be big’ and ‘strategically significant.’”[67]

Although this is nonsense, let us suppose for a moment that they are telling the truth. What in the world then are they supporting the Syrian terrorists, who are largely Al-Qaeda affiliates?

Yet during the same time, “governments” around the world, the New York Times reports, “led by U.S., seek more data about twitter users.”[68]

And then this: “In a significant victory for law enforcement, a federal appeals court on Tuesday said that government authorities could extract historical location data directly from telecommunications carriers without a search warrant.”[69]

In other words, the NSA and the government do not need a search warrant to invade your home and your privacy. If that is not a violation of the Fourth Amendment, if that is not a police state, then nothing is.

Moreover, were the Founding Fathers alive today, the Israelis or neo-Bolsheviks would have killed them all for writing the U.S. Constitution.
