The Masked Lady Threatens Not to Jump

by  Jim W. Dean ,    featuring… Seanna Sharpe

Welcome to VT Weekend Movies, cranking up for the Holidays. Here is a golden oldie two years ago on November 20th. It’s special to me as this lady is a trip, and this was the first Living Section Vimeo post to pull over 2000 views. I had promised Gordon that if we could post Living material in the feature section it would eventually pull an audience, if the material was good.
Unbashful me, I always post good material as it is the ‘best ofs’ my former weekend hunts for ‘something different’. It was very relaxing, downing a few beers while going on thechase. My general rule is to never post any entertainment material that I would not want in my archives for repeat viewing, and that is what you get.
Here is an update link on what she is doing now….but don’t go there until you’ve done the Bridge.

A Girl Has to Do What She’s Got to Do

You gotta love New Yorkers. They didn’t let the California Sunshine crowd scoop them on the Occupy Movement that went worldwide in a month. New life was instantly put into the furled sails of the old protest crowd.
This week we have even seen Philadelphia retired police captain Ray Lewis coming to town to get arrested with the Occupy folks, providing a pick me up from the Zucotti Park bust.
But today I have a very unusual pick me up. Watch the masked flash mob of one take over the Willamsburg bridge.
On a cloudy day, to the infinite delight of the some fortunate souls who got bridge box seats, they got to view her hanging rope trapeze act from the upper girders. No net…no safety harness…and train traffic running below her.

And the NYPD…ahhh…not too happy…particularly when she also turned out be an escape artist after she got arrested.

This girl is quite a catch, literally, for any of you younger guys out there. I remember girls like this, who took you places you had never been before and you were not quite sure whether it was a dream afterwards.
Catch the reaction for the bridge walkers and bikers…the sheer joy of knowing how lucky they all were to be in the right spot at the right time…one of life’s joys and treasures which other provide.
This is fabulous full screen HD. Just click the icon in the lower right hand corner and enjoy!!

The Daily News gives this report of their outcome:
The death-defying acrobats arrested for scaling the Williamsburg Bridge last summer have turned out to be escape artists – from felony charges.

Prosecutors in Brooklyn Wednesday reduced the reckless endangerment charges against Seanna Sharpe and Thomas Skinner from felonies to measly misdemeanors — a legal victory for the high-flying couple.

Defense lawyer Wylie Stecklow said he’s in negotiations with the district attorney’s office to resolve the case by putting on a free show for children instead of jail time.
Stecklow convinced prosecutors that his clients were experienced performers who took steps to ensure that they were not dangling above autos or pedestrians.

Update: I did some digging around to see what she has been up to…and busy as you might expect. Here a couple of new HD video finds. This lady is an art dynamo.
