According to news sources, the small business ground in England is going to receive a good dose of boost in the year 2014. The economy has already risen to a level of utter confidence. About 56 percent of the total small firms in the country are looking forward to a moderate growth in the coming 12 months. Federation of Small Business reportedly published the mentioned news.

A recent survey mentioned that business owners are showing more confidence in business handling than other business owners in the world. They are up with 21 points, and the owners from the East midland sides have come up with better prospects than usual. The firms, which involved with, financial services, were the ones that featured with most of the assurance quality. The same case was with manufacturing, computing, real estate and other business services.

However, another fact comes in the limelight while conducting the earlier mentioned survey, which was not seen in any earlier surveys. The fact is that the actual number of small firms that applied for credit in the past three months, in the country, has fallen by a percentage of 16 percent. This figure is considered to be the lowest number in the past two years. According to sources, there are about 32 percent of companies that are running with full capacity in the nation. The survey further revealed that one out of every 10 companies is handling jobs more than their actual capacity.

Optimistic Year Ahead

According to sources it has been found that firms will eventually increase their head count in the year 2014. Rob Harbron, who is a senior economist in the Cebr has mentioned in his comments  that the recent survey upon business shows the year 2014 will be filled with solid foundations and that there will be potential growth everywhere. He further claimed that the turnover growth has emerged as immensely profitable and buoyant in nature. It is also the first time when profitability has increased past the beginning of data series.

There will be a number of trends in the business arena and the coming quarter of the year will go through this phase of intentions. Reports also claim that there will be a rise in the headcounts for small firms in the third consecutive quarter of 2014. Experts also think that this will be soon followed with reductions of three years and will probably help the country to cut down the unemployment level by 7 percent, which has not been touched since the year 2009.

The chairman of FSB, Mr. John Allen, has said that it is still a long time for UK’s economy to emerge from the structural problems. Problems like ill-functioning markets and skills shortages also have a long run to recover.
