Idols of Perversity: Hollywood Punks, Pimps, Whores, and Your Children

“The central concern of such [Dionysian] celebrations was, almost universally, a complete sexual promiscuity overriding every form of established tribal law; all the savage urges of the mind were unleashed on those occasions until they reached the paroxysm of lust and cruelty which has always struck me as the ‘witches’ cauldron’ par excellence.” Friedrich Nietzsche[1]

…by Jonas E. Alexis

Bram Dijkstra of the University of California (emeritus) writes in his work Idols of Perversity: Fantasies of Feminine Evil in Fin-de-Siecle Culture that

“There is no more accurate documentation of the manner in which a culture perceives its moral and social mission than in the works of visual art it produces.”[2]

Dijkstra surely had something up his sleeves when he wrote that, and thinkers throughout the ages have been saying the same thing, though they often use different subtleties and nuances. George Lucas for example postulated more than a decade ago:

“Film and visual entertainment are a pervasively important part of our culture, an extremely significant influence on the way our society operates…

“People in the film industry don’t want to accept the responsibility that they had a hand in the way the world is loused up… Films and television tell us the way we conduct our lives, what is right and wrong.”[3]

Thinkers and perceptive observers over the ages have declared the same thing with a slightly different spin. For example, Plato noted with respect to music:

“Through foolishness they [the people] deceived themselves into thinking that there was no right or wrong in music—that it was to be judged good or bad by the pleasure it gave.

“By their work and their theories they infected the masses with the presumption to think themselves adequate judges…As it was, the criterion was not music, but a reputation of promiscuous cleverness and a spirit of law-breaking.”[4]

If you think Plato was wrong, just do a casual observation of the sexual, political, and so-called intellectual culture, and you will find yourself in a swamp of foolishness.

And if you want to be specific, just do a close observation of the music and entertainment industry. Here are some classic examples.

Madonna, one of the leading professional whores throughout the 1980s and beyond—and who somehow still thinks that she is a teenager doing her old tricks with new whores such as Katy Perry—does not allow her fifteen-year old daughter to smoke, makes sure that her lovely daughter does her homework, and tries to encourage her to dress modestly.

katy-perry-madonnaWhen her daughter was nine and her son four, Madonna did not even allow them to watch TV unsupervised. She moved on to declare that “TV is Trash” and even “poison”!

That even shocked Warner Todd Huston of the Free Republic, who wrote an article entitled, “Sex-Selling Hypocrite: Madonna Protects Her Daughter After Decades of Selling Smut to Yours.” Huston wrote,

“Of course the first thought that anyone has of pop singer Madonna is sex, sex, sex. She has made her entire career on selling her sexuality.

“From the days of 1983’s hit ‘Holiday,’ to photo spreads in Playboy and Penthouse, to crawling on stage like a cat in heat, to girl-on-girl kisses, and raunchy videos throughout, Madonna has made her bucks with her body with as much skin showing as possible at all times even today in her 50s.”[5]

Madonna doesn’t even allow her children “to watch television shows and only lets them see one movie a week.”

The woman literally sexualized pop culture and declared in 1991 that she was “constantly trying to challenge the accepted ways of behaving sexually.” She was even “threatened with arrest in Toronto for masturbating onstage.”

Listen to Madonna when she was asked, “What do teenage kids from Middle America think when they see men dancing together or wearing bullet bras? Are they digesting these sophisticated images?”

“They digest it on a lot of different levels. Some people will see it and be disgusted by it, but maybe they’ll be unconsciously aroused by it…If people keep seeing it and seeing it and seeing it, eventually it’s not going to be such a strange thing.”

You ain’t seen nothing yet. Here’s what the homosexual magazine the Advocate said about Madonna’s Truth or Dare video:

“Here’s Madonna reminiscing about the childhood girlfriend who finger-fu$ked her, there’s Madonna bluntly asking one of her dancers if he’s ever taken it up the ass and then watching open-mouthed while two others act out her dare to tongue-kiss each other.”

But the same woman does not want her own children to “keep seeing it.” Why can’t she let them “express” themselves? Should her children repress their sexual drives and impulses?

Why can’t Lourdes watch Justify My Love and Truth or Dare? What kind of message is Modonna telling parents out there who were duped enough to let their precious children watch her sexual perversion?

And get this: Modonna even thought that she was “a bad cop” and a “disciplinarian” when it came to educating her children. Then she added this:

“My kids don’t watch TV. We have televisions but they’re not hooked up to anything but movies. TV is trash. I was raised without it. We don’t have newspapers or magazines in the house either.”

Huston continued,

“But, suddenly mother Madonna is hopeful that her own 13-year-old daughter, Lourdes, will ‘dress more conservatively.’ Sex is bad all of a sudden when Madonna is talking about her own child.

“Madonna told the magazine Us Weekly that she wished her child would not emulate the sexually exploitive style she herself made her career on.

“Madonna may be a style icon, but that doesn’t mean daughter Lourdes Leon, 13, takes her advice. ‘If anything, I wish she’d dress more conservatively,” says the pop star, 51. ‘How’s that for irony?’”[6]

In short, the material girl literally wrecked the lives of millions of young people, but she is trying to shelter her own daughter from her own sexual perversion.

Moreover, didn’t that woman (along with other idols of perversity such as Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera) sing about opposing “the concepts of right and wrong”?

The material girl is far from alone. Listen to Denzel Washington during the 2008 presidential election:

“[T]here is an underlying problem that we as a nation have not addressed, a situation that should concern any American with an eye on the future, regardless of party affiliation.

“It is the crisis affecting our children: Nearly 30 percent of this year’s freshman class will drop out of high school, according to the National Center for Education Statistics.

“That number jumps to 40 percent in some urban areas. The obesity rate for our kids has gone up by as much as 300 percent since 1980, according to the National Center for Health Statistics, triggering a host of health-related problems, from diabetes to heart disease.

“Young people account for more than 20 percent of violent crimes in the United States, according to statistics cited by Duke University’s Center for Child and Family Policy.

“Violent juvenile crime peaks between 3 and 4 p.m., at the end of the school day. These facts are grim enough. Factor in persistent patterns of poverty, gang activity, drug abuse and teenage pregnancy, and you have a generation of Americans that will be unprepared—indeed, unable—to meet the challenges posed by a complex world.”[7]

It seems that Washington is quite able to point out the problem, but unable to take responsibility for the detrimental impact his chosen profession is having on that generation he is so worried about.

Has Washington looked at his own career—for instance American Gangster—to see if there is any link between fictional violence and real-life crime? Why can’t he visit his local library and read some of the statistics about violent movies and actual crimes?[8]

Doesn’t this man know that he is being juiced and squeezed in the Hollywood factory, which is controlled by the Dreadful Few? Doesn’t he know that they pay him well because he has been doing a great job for them?

Dakota Johnson
Dakota Johnson

Fifty Shades of Grey actor Dakota Johnson does not want her parents to watch the movie because her moral or intuitive reasoning seems to be telling her that it is not sexually correct.[9]

But she wants every other parent to watch it! How can people like Johnson seriously live with this moral dilemma?

Johnson has to prostrate before Hollywood, which again is controlled by the Dreadful Few, and Madonna had to practice Kabbalah.[10] Matti Friedman of the Huffington Post reported back in 2009 that once Madonna discovered this “Jewish mysticism,” then “all the puzzle pieces started falling into place.”[11]

Friedman continued to say that Madonna

“has ties to Israel and Judaism through her involvement with the Los Angeles-based Kabbalah Center, whose new-age version of Judaism’s ancient mystic tradition has become popular among members of Hollywood’s A-list.

“The 50-year-old pop icon has taken the Hebrew name Esther and came to Israel on private pilgrimages in 2004 and 2007 along with other Kabbalah devotees.”[12]

Madonna dropped her Catholic upbringing and fell right under the arm of the Dreadful Few. It is the same thing with Ariana Grande. US Magazine tells us that “Ariana Grande  turns to Kabbalah After Catholic Church Rejects Her Brother for Being Gay.”[13]

“The siblings are now practicing members of the Kabbalah sect of Judaism, which includes other A-listers like Madonna and Demi Moore. Grande doesn’t regret leaving Catholicism and opened up about how her new faith has changed her.”[14]

Kabbalah indeed has attracted a number of celebrities over the years. This should include Gwyneth Paltrow,[15] Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Ashton Kutcher, Lindsey Lohan,[16] Elizabeth Taylor, Sandra Bernhard,[17] and others.

What should decent parents do when many in the music and entertainment industry aspire to, in the words of Eli Roth, “fu$k an entire generation”?

Perhaps decent parents should pick up a copy of the University of Michigan’s Guide to Managing Television, in which we read the following:

  1. Keep the TV off during meal time
  2. Make conversation a priority in your home
  3. Read to your children
  4. Don’t use TV as a reward or punishment
  5. Encourage active recreation
  6. Don’t use TV as a distraction or baby-sitter for preschool children
  7. Get TV sets out of your children’s bedrooms

The Guide to Managing Television provides a fairly balanced approach on how parents can stimulate critical and thoughtful dialogues with their children which will help those children become critical thinkers:

  1. Watch shows with your children and talk about them afterward.
  2. Discuss the consequences of violence (if you allow older children to watch violent programs) and other ways the conflict could have been resolved
  3. Talk about stereotyping and prejudice in TV programs
  4. Discuss commercials with children. you can help your children recognize sales pitches given by commercials, and evaluate whether the messages in ads are realistic
  5. Discuss differences between reality and make-believe. Children interpret what they see differently than adults. They may not be able to distinguish fact from fiction. Explain differences between news and entertainment, and reality and make-believe
  6. Share your own beliefs and values
  7. TV news and images can be violent, disturbing or sensational. Help your child put the news in context

keyWhat if every parent in America takes those easy steps seriously? Well, more than likely the Dreadful Few in Hollywood would be out of business and perhaps they would be forced to produce noble, lovely and true films, as in the old days.

Perhaps they will stop inculcating subliminal messages in their advertisements and programs. As the late Wilson Bryan Key of the University of Western Ontario wrote many years ago in Media Sexploitation:

“Subliminal technology sells records by the tens of millions each year in North America. No one apparently knows or understands as yet, however, the consequences of this sensory bombardment upon human value systems…

“By 1919, a relationship was strongly established by Poetzle between subliminal stimuli, posthypnotic suggestion, and compulsive neurosis.

“An individual will perform acts which he has been instructed or programmed to do without any knowledge of why he is doing such a thing. The relationship between subliminal stimuli and post-hypnotic suggestion is extremely important.”[18]

Why would someone intentionally place subliminal, sexual messages in their work? Once again, if the Dreadful Few have to “fu$k an entire generation,” and subliminal message is one weapon, they certainly will use it.

And we know that scientific studies have strongly indicated that sexual content on TV strongly affect people, most specifically teenagers. Behavioral scientist Anita Chandra declared a few years ago in a report entitled “Study Links Sexual Content on TV to Teen Pregnancy,”

“Sexual content on television is strongly associated with teen pregnancy…. Researchers at [RAND] found that adolescents with a high level of exposure to television shows with sexual content are twice as likely to get pregnant or impregnate someone as those who saw fewer programs of this kind over a period of three years.

“A central message from the study is that there needs to be more dialogue about sex in the media, particularly among parents and their children, said Anita Chandra, the study’s lead author and a behavioral scientist…

“‘We know that parents are busy, but sitting down and watching shows together with their teen, talking about the character portrayals, talking about what they just witnessed, and really using it as a teachable moment is really, I think, a good recommendation from this research,’ Chandra said.

“To measure exposure, the researchers used a method developed by another research group evaluating 23 shows for sexual content. Then, they asked teenagers how frequently they watched each of those shows, and developed a score based on exposure to the shows.

“‘We know that if a child is watching more than an hour of TV a day, we know there’s a sexual scene in [the] content every 10 minutes, then they’re getting a fair amount of sexual content,’ Chandra said.”[19]

Psychiatrist Charles Zeanah of Louisiana State University and medical doctor Michael Sheeringa of Johns Hopkins University write:

“Research suggests that media violence is robustly and perhaps even causally related to subsequent aggressive behavior when the exposure occurs in middle or early adolescence.”[20]

They go on to say:

“Even when there is no physical injury to the brain, as in abuse, there may be neurobiological effects of experiencing violence and trauma.

“Although there are no known psycho-physiological studies of infants following exposure to violence and trauma, Perry and colleagues have suggested that profound and perhaps permanent brain changes can result following violent trauma in the first 3 years of life.

“Based on nonhuman research and on their extensive clinical experience with infants and young children, they reasoned that the organization and maturation of neural systems of the developing brain are susceptible to influence by life experiences, such as exposure to violence.”[21]

Real life instances back up the conclusions of these experts:

“In New York, in the fall of 1995, youths set fire to a subway token booth by spraying a flammable substance through the opening for the change and token slot. The booth exploded and burned the subway attendant.

“The attendant died in December 1995 as a result of extensive burns. This was one of the more dramatic episodes in a series of attacks that seemed to be related to a recently released movie, Money Train, in which a similar act occurred.

“A few years earlier in Los Angeles, a filmmaker interviewed a young man who was being held in the Los Angeles County Juvenile Detention Center on a charge of attempted murder.

“The 16-year old was asked how it happened, and he replied, ‘The guy came after me and I had a gun. So, I shot him. I shot him twice. It’s easy to get a gun in the ‘hood.’

“When asked about his favorite television programs, he said, I like to watch that show, Cops, or America’s Most Wanted; I might see some of my friends out there, messing up.’

“In the late 1970s, when the movie The Deerhunter was released, it contained a very graphic portrayal of Russian roulette.

“While the film was playing in theaters and in video release, there were numerous reports of adolescents, usually males, imitating the Russian roulette scene, often with tragic results.

“Of course, there were many additional factors that influenced this result, such as watching the video with a group of young males who where drunk, or a history of depression or suicide attempts. Nevertheless, some incidents of death from this film were simply accidents of imitation gone awry.

“In the early 1970s, a made-for-television movie called The Doomsday Flight contained an easily imitated bomb threat/hostage plot. When the movie was broadcast in the United States, there were numerous bomb threats directed to various airlines.

“When the movie was sold to an Australian commercial television network, the result was a ransom of one million dollars paid by Qantas Airlines to save a jetliner en route from Sydney to Hong Kong.”[22]

In their book Imagination and Play in the Electronic Age, scholars Dorothy G. Singer and Jerome L. Singer state:

“In the 1980s at Yale University we carried out a series of experimental studies, including a longitudinal one, examining the effects of television on preschool children, with a particular emphasis on imagination.

“We used various measures of imagination with preschoolers, such as eliciting their original images in response to inkblots, recording their answers to a questionnaire dealing with the kinds of play they engaged in, and training assistants to observe the children and rate them independently over several time periods during their free play in the classroom.

“In addition, we gathered information from the parents about the children’s TV viewing and other patterns for child rearing.

“We found that children who were heavy TV viewers, watching at least three hours a day, were less imaginative than those children who only watched one hour a day.

“The highly imaginative children tended to watch programs chiefly on the Public Broadcasting System (PBS) and had parents who also valued imagination.

“The less imaginative children had a history of watching action/adventure TV programs and cartoons, all associated with high levels of rapid activity and violence.

“Their parents also were less likely to control their children’s TV viewing…[In addition,] the fear engendered by television or film can last for many years.

“Many college students report long-lasting fear effects of a frightening program that they saw on television or in the movies when they were children.”[23]

In 1992, Hospital and Community Psychiatry reported,

“In our maximum-security forensic hospital we observed that at least one and often both of the two television sets on each ward were continuously tuned to Music Television (MTV)…

“We noted signs of clinical deterioration in some of our patients after prolonged MTV viewing, including increased hallucinatory activity, belligerence, and hostility toward staff, especially female staff.”[24]

Philosopher Sissela Bok, in her ground-shaking study Mayhem: Violence as Public Entertainment, makes this crucial point:

“Iris Murdoch suggests, in The Fire and the Sun: Why Plato Banished the Artists, that because Plato viewed human life as a pilgrimage from the appearance to reality, and held that works of art constituted imitation capable of impeding this quest, they had to be strictly censored not least when they depict evil and cruelty.

“When artists imitate what is bad, they are adding to the sum of badness in the world, so that “images of wickedness and excess may lead even good people to indulge secretly through art feelings which they would be ashamed to entertain in real life.”[25]

While it is clear that the effect of the arts on the power of the mind and imagination will certainly be different from one individual to another, everyone will be affected in one way or another because every serious piece of art is based on a weltanschauung.

This Weltanschauung may affect our attitude toward origin, morality, meaning, and destiny. And since the twentieth century has progressively become the Jewish Century, to use Yuri Slezkine’s own words,[26] the culture’s attitude toward sex, music and entertainment has also become Jewish.

This is why dumb shiksas and whores like Madonna, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, among others, always receive great accolades from the Dreadful Few largely because those Goyim help create a culture in which the Dreadful Few can continue to play with the remote control in the background. And no one will be able to detect the actual elephant in the room.

That is real power. But that power will not last forever because people are slowly waking up from their “dogmatic slumber.”
