Automotive Repair Specialist – The COLLISION REPAIR SPECIALIST ensures that Collision repair procedures on client vehicles are done promptly, cost effectively and efficiently within the policies set forth by both the clients and Wheels, Inc.
Job Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of Collision procedures, systems, and automotive repair
High Scholl graduae or GED certification
PC Literate (MS Outlook with ability to use database software)
Minimum of two years automobile repair or adjusting or appraisal experience
ASE Body Certification preferred
Ability to obtain estimating or appraisal certification within 18 months of hire date ( I-Car Damage Analysis 2-4, OR ASE B6 Collision Estimating)
Ability to obtain I-Car Platinum Certification within 18 month of hire date
Strong customer service focus, ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability sit for long periods of time and take phone calls and enter notes using computer keyboard
