This could be through testimonials from other people that he has worked with, references that you can phone, or through a detailed portfolio of information. All three? Even better. Always know why you are hiring an executive coach: you need their expertise. Make sure that the coach you select does, in fact, have what you are looking for.
- Personality: Your coach should have a personality that matches your own. This will make it much easier to worth with the coach on a regular basis. There are many coaches out there, so finding someone that is compatible shouldn’t be difficult.
