International Parliament Responds to CIA Terror List Revisions

Damascus (VT) Minister of Foreign Affairs of the International Parliament and Secretary General of Foreign Department for Security and Information Ambassador Dr Haissam Bou-Said regarded removing Iran and Hezbollah from the terrorist list by the United states as a positive step.

He said “the US intelligence report CIA that got Iran and Hezbollah off the terrorist list is important. This step will take off security tension and establish a serious program of work for the Middle East.”

DESI Dr. Haissam Bou-Said’s statement came after a meeting with the Legal Departments represented by the Head of the International Counseling body Lawyer Said Alameh and the Head of the International Committee at the international courts Lawyer Maen Al Assaad. MFA Dr. Bou-Said informed the attendees who were present at the meeting about the latest developments on the ongoing process relating to his recent visit to Syria.

During the meeting both Lawyers Alameh and Al Assaad discussed with Dr. Bou-Said the judicial steps to bring a strong case within the International Courts on the violation of Human Rights in Syria against parties involved directly and indirectly in the Syrian scene.

MFA Bou-Said discussed the proposed DESI MOU with both Governments of Syria and Iraq in regard to Anti-Terrorism and ways of defining and implementing it as soon as possible.

After the meeting Dr. Bou-Said declared that ISIS and Al Nusra rebels are involved in many humanitarian crimes opposing the UN Declaration on Human Rights. In addition to the use of banned weapons during their battle against the Syrian Army especially in “Khan Al Assal ” and ” Al Ghota “.

He added that serious allegations against top officials in some Arab and Western States are being cited on their involvement on various levels in the dramatic killing scene in Syria, including the support in ammunition and forbidden weapons and lethal gases.

Moreover, MFA Bou-Said added that the current situation in the Middle East is critical and military escalation is most probably hitting the region. He considers the so-called moderate opposition as a disaster to the international community, especially if we take into consideration the history and background of those extremists and their affiliation with dubious parties.

The US should play a leading role in stopping the support and finance of those factions as it is the shortest way to bring Stability and security to the Middle East. This will be achieved by conducting bilateral talks with the States involved in anti- terrorism.

The United States, which claims to be the guardian of Human Rights, is invited today to take bold steps in this domain. A direct negotiation with the States targeted by the rebels is needed to bring prosperity to the world as a whole.

وزير خارجية البرلمان الدولي يلتقي اللجنة والهيئة الإستشارية القانونية الدولية لدى المحاكم والقضايا الدولية: بدء العمل بمحاكمة منتهكي حقوق الإنسان في الشرق الأوسط والـ CIA محقّ بتقريره

إلتقى وزير خارجية البرلمان الدولي وأمين عام المنظمة الأوروبية للأمن والمعلومات الدكتور هيثم أبو سعيد في مكتبه، رئيس الهيئة الإستشارية الدولية المحامي سعيد علامة ورئيس اللجنة الدولية لدى المحاكم الدولية المحامي معن الأسعد.
أشار المجتمعون إلى آخر الأوضاع الراهنة في المنطقة، كما وضع السفير أبو سعيد اللجنة الدولية نتائج الزيارة الرسمية التي قام بها إلى سوريا.
خلال اللقاء ناقش كلٌّ من علامة والأسعد مع الدكتور أبو سعيد الخطوات القضائية لإنتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في سوريا لدى المحاكم المختصّة على جهات قامت بالتدخّل بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر في الأزمة الداخلية. كما تمّ بحث الإتفاقية ذات الصلة مع الحكومة السورية والعراقية.
وبعد اللقاء أشار أبو سعيد إلى أنّ جبهة النصرة وتنظيم داعش قد إرتكبا جرائم حرب شنيعة بحق الإنسانية بالإضافة إلى إستعمالهم أسلحة محظّرة دولياً في أمكان مختلفة منها “خان العسل” و”الغوطة الشرقية”. وأضاف أنّ هناك مزاعم جدية بحق العديد من المسؤولين في الدول تمّ ذكرهم لجهة تورّطهم في القضايا الجرمية المذكورة ضمناً.
هذا وأوضح أن الشرق الأوسط يعيش حالياً مشكلة أمنية حقيقية وتصاعدية، وأنّ ما يُسمّى بالمعارضة المعتدلة ووجوب تسليحها من اجل القيام بأعمال عسكرية ضد الحكومات في المنطقة هي كارثية لما لتلك المعارضات المسلحة من خلفيات وإرتباطات إرهابية مع جهات دولية مشهود لها بهذه الأعمال. كما يتوجّب على الإدارة الأميركية الحالية الرجوع عن هذا الخطأ المميت للمجتمع الدولي وأخذ خطوات جرئية، سيما وأنّ اميركا تصرّح دوماً وجهاراً محاربتها للإرهاب وإحترامها لحقوق الإنسان التي نصّت عليها الشرعة الدولية. ومن أهم الخطوات المطلوبة هي الإنفتاح مباشرةً على الدول التي تُعاني من هذا الإرهاب في المنطقة. وختم السفير أبو سعيد إلى أنّ تقرير الإستخبارات الأميركية CIA بحذف إيران وحزب الله من لائحة الإرهاب مهمّة وتزيل الإحتقان الأمني و تؤّسّس برنامج عمل جدي لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط.
