The US Supreme court today quashed the bogus King v Burwell lawsuit that would have denied 8 million Americans access to health care. Political extremists behind this suit intended to pursue an agenda of destabilization share these common goals:
- War with Iran
- Nuclear war with Russia
- Race war inside the US
- Elimination of trade unions and access to higher education and, of course, health care
- GMO foods
- Increased aid to Israel
- Voter suppression laws
- A decade serving in a private “for profit” prison for every American
The three extremist justices, Scalia, Thomas and Alioto, showed up in Washington from their endless junkets, private hunts and private jet/island retreat outings to try to crush America’s first attempt at comprehensive healthcare for its citizens. Scalia’s own cryptic message to his mob friends may well mean increased security for Justices that stood up to the flood of drug money pouring into the US that has funded the attacks on the Affordable Care Act.
Several states have illegally chosen not to participate in the federally mandated program that now protects over a million American families. The legal challenge to the act was initiated by those 16 states that have chosen to deny their citizens care. 8 million Americans would have immediately lost their healthcare had the Roberts court sided with the pharmaceutical lobby.
Forty percent of America’s staggering toll of bankruptcies are health care related. With the war on trade unions, few employers offer health care with most depending on America’s “safety net” of charity care providers who are legally required to “stabilize” patients with both severe injuries and chronic illnesses.
A “stabilized” patient is then released to allow the injury or illness to progress unabated until the patient is able to be enrolled in a federal health care program, one of several that are under continual attack.
No other advanced society allows not just the poor but millions of uninsured workers to simply die.
