The facile arguments by Justice Roberts in the dissenting opinion should give rise to fear. It doesn’t require reading more than two paragraphs to see how his attempt to quote Hamilton and Robert’s rudimentary understanding of the Federalists, to see why Roberts is a lover of torture and failure of due process.

Be concerned.

Were Roberts to have been writing for the majority, we would have just reinstated slavery and indentured servitude. Robert’s indifference to the Equal Protection provisions of the constitution have blocked challenges to Citizens United and the bizarre system of gerrymandering that has turned America into a dictatorship.
