While we were setting up for that shoot in the morning, PressTV called to book a studio shoot for The Debate Show in the afternoon on the Iran nuke talks. I had recently sent in a major article on this topic to NEO, so I was prepped and ready to go. We got a good smooth show done with a non-shill other guest, always a pleasure.
As we have our fingers crossed for a final nuclear deal next week, it is always nice to be able to catch a show guest slot on an historic topic like this to layout some retrospective thoughts before it is concluded for the record.
The MH-17 show was another great opportunity for an historical show, so some days things just seem to come together. We are looking forward to working with Life News. Due to the corporate media blackout VT has here in the US, we are concentrating on rolling around that with our new radio network and building more foreign media partnership platforms, where we can cross-post their best material here.
Part of our draw for them, besides our huge article archive, editorial board and writers, is our unique audience — so I thank all of our readers for the role you have all played in building VT.
As we transition into the second half of the year, we are looking for forming some major new partnerships and participating in two major counter-terrorism conferences — our first in Tehran, and a revisit to Damascus. And as always, you the VT readers will be with us wherever we go.

As deadlines come and go, talks continue between Iran and the P5 plus 1 group of countries on Iran’s nuclear program in Vienna. Now another deadline has been given for Monday, July 13, but still there is a gap between the parties involved, and it’s unclear if any agreement will be reached. We will be taking a look at the nuclear talks, as Iran’s Foreign Minister says a deal is hard to reach when certain parties continue to change positions.
