Syrian Army Swifts Terrorists from Different Areas

The Syrian army has intensified its military operations against the foreign-backed Takfiri militants in IdIib, Homs, Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Homs, Hama, Daraa provinces on Tuesday, killing at least 130 terrorists in a surge of clashes.

The army’s units and air force continued targeting terrorists’ positions in various areas all around the country, inflicting more casualties and material losses within their ranks.Idleb

12 vehicles for terrorist organizations affiliated to the so-called “Jaish al-Fateh” were destroyed and at least 60 terrorists were killed during the army’s operations against their positions in the southern countryside of the northern Idleb province, according to field sources.

The sources explained to SANA that an army unit targeted in a special operation gatherings of terrorists in Maarata village in Jabal al-Zawieh area, destroying 10 vehicles and leaving 50 terrorists dead.

Most of the terrorists killed are foreigners, including three Turks, the sources said, adding that the dead included two leaders within Jabhat al-Nusra and the so-called “Jund al-Aqsa”.

Another army unit destroyed two vehicles, killed at least 7 terrorists on board them, in Sinjar town in the southeastern countryside of Idleb.

A gathering of terrorists from Jaish al-Fateh was targeted in Kafrnubul town, 13 km to the west of Maaret al-Nouman, where a number of the terrorists were killed.

More terrorists were killed as an army unit targeted their den near al-Tamanaa town.

Deir Ezzor

An army unit targeted hideouts and gatherings for ISIS terrorist organization in al-Hweika neighborhood in Deir Ezzor city.

The army operations ended up with destroying a vehicle equipped with anti-aircraft machinegun in addition to killing a number of terrorists and injuring others.

Homs

A military source said in a statement to SANA that the Air Force directed intensive airstrikes against gatherings and fortified sites of ISIS terrorists in al-Baiyarat area 10 kilometers west of Palmyra city in the eastern countryside of Homs province.

A number of vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns along with the arms and ammunition on board were destroyed during the strikes.

The Air Force also destroyed two ISIS dens along with all the terrorists, armaments, and ammunition within them in al-Qariyatein city 85 kilometers east of Homs city.

The army also targeted hideouts and concentrations for Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists in Teirmala, Jawalak, al-Ghanto, al-Farhanyeh, Umm Sharshouh and Talbeseh, killing scores of terrorists and destroying their hideouts and machinegun-equipped vehicles.

Aleppo

The army’s air force targeted a gathering of vehicles for ISIS terrorists in al-Sheikh Ahmad village to the south of the Air Force Academy in the eastern countryside of Aleppo province.

Other ISIL positions were targeted by army air strikes in Tabaret al-Sakhaneh village along Khanaser-Atherya axis.

Hama

Earlier, the source said a number of terrorists’ vehicles were destroyed and a large number of them were killed to the east of Atherya and south of Tabaret al-Sakhane in the countryside of Hama province.

Syrian army air force carried out sorties against gatherings and dens of ISIS terrorist organization in the villages of al-Sheikh Hilal, Rasm al-Tineh, Rasm Amoun, Jbab and Tanahej in the eastern countryside of Hama province.

The sorties resulted in destroying dens and vehicles for ISIS terrorists and killing a number of them.

Sweida

An army unit, in cooperation with popular defense groups, targeted a vehicle for ISIS terrorists in Tal Asheihib al-Shamali area in the countryside of the southern Sweida province.

The vehicle, which was carrying terrorists, weapons and ammunition, was destroyed.

Daraa

Army shoots down 7 RC drones carrying C4

A Syrian Army unit shot down on Tuesday seven small RC drones over Ezraa city in the northern countryside of Daraa province.

Field sources told SANA reporter that the size of each drone was 50 cm and that they were loaded with amounts of C4 material and equipped with surveillance cameras.

The sources added the drones probably came from Busr al-Harir or al-Lajat area to target vital sites in the vicinity of the city.

Back on the 11th of October, the army shot down 9 similar RC drones in the vicinity of Ezraa.

Meanwhile, army units killed scores of Israeli-backed Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood in Daraa city.

An army unit targeted terrorists’ hideouts and gatherings in several areas in Daraa’s northern countryside, killing large number of terrorists and destroying their weaponry and munitions.

Damascus countryside

Syrian Arab Army units continued their operations against dens of Jabhat al-Nusra and the “Jaish al-Islam” terrorist organizations in the Eastern Ghouta and the Western Ghouta areas in Damascus countryside.

An army unit destroyed a munitions depot for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists south of Erbin town, field sources added.

The army’s operation targeting hideouts of the so called “Jaish al-Islam” terrorists in the farms of Mesraba village left many terrorist dead, while a number of terrorists were killed in operations targeting their hideouts in al-Ajami neighborhood and the vicinity of al-Sawa buildings in Harasta area.

Another army unit targeted dens of the so called “Ajnad al-Cham” terrorist organization, killing a number of terrorists and injuring others in al-Jameyat neighborhood in Daraya city; SANA reported.
