TTIP Behind Paris Massacre? (Updated 17th November- the GMO issue)

France does not want to play ball. They do not want to join an undemocratic, corporate fascist world where to quote Kennedy:

“It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.”

In early October Matthias Fekl said:

Europe has offered many compromises, in all areas, and has received no serious offers from the Americans in return. Neither for access to their public markets, nor for access to their agricultural and food markets, which remain closed…

…If nothing changes, that will show that there is no willingness to ensure a mutually beneficial negotiation process,” said Fekl. “France is examining all its options, including abandoning the negotiations all together.

This is dangerous talk. France threatening to pull out of the TTIP places them in the cross hairs of Wall Street and Washington. That is if the main perpetrators are actually IN those locations, or in some other undisclosed location where the authors of this diabolical plot and the main beneficiaries are living in secrecy.

The last time any country attempted not to be part and parcel of this New World Order that has been carefully planned for over a century, (pilfering taxes, manipulating the Federal Reserve for their benefit and raping all the markets every which way they can, as well as the biggest bank robbery and theft of  of all time on 9/11,trillions disappearing out of the Pentagon and gold taken out of the Twin Towers,) those countries got a very rude calling card.

Japan was hit with Fukushima, New Zealand and Chile with earthquakes and Mexico with a hurricane. As Obama was recently heard to say, they have ways and means of getting other countries to see things their way.

France has a track record for not playing ball with the USA. De Gaulle woke up to the gold heist before any other nation did and demanded France’s gold back. The French are also not too pleased about genetically modified foods and seeds. After all, cuisine is one of their fortes. McDonald’s they barely tolerate, but to have their whole food industry controlled by Monsanto is a bridge too far.

Now they have called out the famous rallying cry against the TTIP.

“Resistance! “

And in return what do we have? A major shooting spree on the streets of Paris. Hollande closed all the borders and described the massacre as an act of war. But who against who we might wonder? As it says in Washington’s Blog: The First Question to Ask After Any Terror Attack: Was It a False Flag?

(25) The United States Army’s 1994 publication Special Forces Foreign Internal Defense Tactics Techniques and Procedures for Special Forces – updated in 2004 – recommends employing terrorists and using false flag operations to destabilize leftist regimes in Latin America. False flag terrorist attacks were carried out in Latin America and other regions as part of the CIA’s “Dirty Wars“. And see this.

(26) Similarly, a CIA “psychological operations” manual prepared by a CIA contractor for the Nicaraguan Contra rebels noted the value of assassinating someone on your own side to create a “martyr” for the cause. The manual was authenticated by the U.S. government. The manual received so much publicity from Associated Press, Washington Post and other news coverage that – during the 1984 presidential debate – President Reagan was confronted with the following question on national television:

At this moment, we are confronted with the extraordinary story of a CIA guerrilla manual for the anti-Sandinista contras whom we are backing, which advocates not only assassinations of Sandinistas but the hiring of criminals to assassinate the guerrillas we are supporting in order to create martyrs.

(27) An Indonesian fact-finding team investigated violent riots which occurred in 1998, and determined that “elements of the military had been involved in the riots, some of which were deliberately provoked”.

After all, it is a secret, as Kennedy so eloquently tried to warn the American public in 1961 and was killed for his honesty because “ dissenters are silenced, not praised.”

Hollande is now sending an aircraft carrier to the Middle East to assist Putin against ISIS. One would think he should be going in the other direction.

Could the answer be in underground bunkers? Do these bunkers that it is taking so long for the Syrian regime and Putin to root out, contain more than ISIS? What exactly is down there and more importantly who is down there and for what purpose? Is ISIS merely a cover for something else entirely ? Something as secret as the TTIP was up until a week ago when it finally got leaked? See:

And why has the US spent so many years in both Iraq and Afghanistan under the auspices of fighting terror?

A major block to the One World Government, the New World Order and the corporate, fascist, TPP and TTIP agreements has been the Silk Road project, not under the control of the Western Bankers, but under the control of the AIIB, which the USA has not joined and the BRICS development bank, which the US is not part of.

Fifteen years would be more than ample time to build up a massive underground system of bunkers, equipment and military to invade Russia and China whilst at the same time conducting a surface “war on terror.” As someone said, surely by now they would have bombed every cave and every hidy hole in both countries?

ISIS has clearly been used not only to break down Syria and remove Assad, but for a much larger and far-reaching purpose entirely. Invading, conquering and taking over central Asia. NATO and their missiles in Western Europe appear to be merely a showcase diversion.

If history is anything to go by, France will soon ally with Russia. They are already a member of the AIIB and their future lies along the Silk Road, not across the Atlantic.

ISIS is a proxy army. The shoot up in Paris has all the markings of an attack by refugee proxy. It has got less to do with religion and more to do with

If there is one thing a Frenchman feels very strongly about, it is his food. The TTIP and Monsanto would most certainly interfere with that.

Updated 17th November- the GMO issue: According to Benjamin Fulford’s latest news letter:

Putin is saying he will “not deal with the dog that has bitten him, it is the owner of the dog who will be held responsible.” According to the Russians the owner of this particular “dog,” is the Vanguard Corporation and their subsidiary Raytheon. The owners of this corporate holding company are being systematically hunted down by the Russians.

One of Vanguard’s investment funds is the top shareholder of Monsanto, and the fourth largest shareholder of Whole Foods. Russia has banned genetically modified foods and China has done much the same. Russia, rather than moving towards corporate farming is subsidizing and encouraging small scale farming and since the sanctions on Russia were imposed, promoting food independence. Europe on the other had has lost billions in revenue and their farming communities have been devastated now that the Russian markets have been closed to them. This has not improved the European economy.

NO GMO : Russia is Handing Out Cash to Start-up Small Farmers

Sanctions against European food products are putting Russian farmers in the Kremlin’s spotlight. Government grants to help farmers set up in business are growing.

Natalia Zvereva, director of regional social program Our Future, says that small farmers are now increasingly registering as individual entrepreneurs – small businesses – in order to be eligible Beginning Farmer grants.

According to Russia’s Federal Tax Service, in the first quarter of 2015 the number of farming entrepreneurs grew by 4,670 compared with 3,000 for all of 2014.

Olga Bashmachnikova, chairwoman of the Agrarian Party of Russia and deputy director of the Association of Farms, adds that the Beginning Farmer program was set up in 2012, but interest in it has increased this year.

Individual grants average 1.5 million rubles. Sixty percent of those who apply for the grant are cattle farmers, while 40 percent run arable farms (25 percent of which are grain farms).

Before Libya was destroyed Gadaffi was in negotiations with European companies to fully develop their aquifer and go into farming and food production. Non of whom were allied with Monsanto.

It was Muammar Gaddafi’s dream to provide fresh water for all Libyans and to make Libya self-sufficient in food production. In 1953, the search for new oilfields in the deserts of southern Libya led to the discovery not just of significant oil reserves, but also of vast quantities of fresh water trapped in the underlying strata. The four ancient water aquifers that were discovered, each had estimated capacities ranging between 4,800 and 20,000 cubic kilometers. Most of this water was collected between 38,000 and 14,000 years ago, though some pockets are believed to be only 7,000 years old.

One of the main players in the Ukraine coup other than Chevron who intend to frak the country, Hunter Biden’s son has shares, is Monsanto. Major deals are in the pipeline for corporate farming on their famous black soil and introducing genetically modified seeds. But eastern Ukraine over and above the political differences, is against Genetically modified foods and they do not want to see their farm land taken over by a corporate giant and small scale farming destroyed. Many families in Ukraine have been farming on the same land for over 400 years.

Ukraine Agreed to a Monsanto “Land Grab” to Get a $17 Billion Loan from the International Monetary Fund (IMF)

IMF gave the Ukraine a $17 billion loan – but only if they would open up to biotech farming and the selling of Monsanto’s poison crops and chemicals – destroying a farmland that is one of the most pristine in all of Europe. Farm equipment dealer, Deere, along with seed producers Dupont and Monsanto, will have a heyday.

In the guise of ‘aid,’ a claim has been made on Ukraine’s vast agricultural riches. It is the world’s third largest exporter of corn and fifth largest exporter of wheat. Ukraine has deep, rich, black soil that can grow almost anything, and its ability to produce high volumes of GM grain is what made biotech come rushing to take it over.

Monsanto and the GMO agribusiness cartel have suffered a major new defeat as two-thirds of the 28 EU member states have opted for a full ban on GMO crops according to the terms of new Brussels rules allowing national decision on the toxic agro-technology. The bans across the EU greatly expand the EU acreage off-limits to GMO from the previous somewhat chaotic EU procedures.

Now if we go to the leaked TPP agreements and it’s sister European equivalent, the TTIP and we look at

What all the acronym-laden legalistic jargon is hiding here is arguably the most controversial part of the entire deal. This article lays out the terms under which a corporation that is unhappy with a law, ruling or regulation of a former government can sue that government for its decision.

What happens if, for example, a country like Japan wants to maintain strict controls over GMO food imports? The deal, although not obligating a change in any particular food safety regulation that is already in place, would allow exporters to challenge any decision that it did not deem to be “related to the available science.” And since the “available science” on GMOs has been heavily skewed by corporate influence of the biotech companies, it is entirely plausible that this chapter will allow the opening up of the entire region to GMO foods.

As Debbie Barker of the Center for Food Safety told Food Safety News earlier this month, the language of the text leaves it open for Big Agra to challenge any food safety decision, “even laboratory food safety testing and the new food import rules under the Food Safety Modernization Act.”

If France and other countries in the European Union reject the TTIP agreement which is similar to the TPP agreements, they will continue to be able to protect their farming industries from Monsanto, corporate farming and genetically modified foods which not only are cancer causing, but due to the patents on them prevent farmers from producing their own seed and livestock farmers from breeding without paying out huge sums to companies like Monsanto. I return to the quote at the beginning of this article:

It would appear that the refugee crisis has been created for the purpose of further disrupting Europe and placing proxy ISIS ‘terrorists”in strategic places in order to create political and social upheaval as was done in Libya and Ukraine. One objective is to force European countries into signing the TTIP agreement and to further the interests of corporate farming, genetically modified seeds and livestock and ensure a corporate take over of the continent by Monsanto et al. These same corporations have no doubt got their eyes on the aquifer in Libya and already have taken possession of the black soil in Ukraine.

And then we have Brennan’s take on the Paris massacre:

CIA DIRECTOR: ‘I anticipate this is not the only operation ISIL has in the pipeline’ [I’ll bet he does!]

CIA director John Brennan said he thought a coordinated series of terrorist attacks in Paris on Friday night, which has since been linked to the Islamic State, was probably “not a one-off event.”

“ISIS has an external agenda that they are determined to carry out,” Brennan said in remarks at the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ Global Security Forum on Monday.

“So I would anticipate this is not the only operation ISIL has in the pipeline.”

This is the same establishment that trained ISIS in Jordan right?

Military analyst Colonel James Hanke, editor for VT noted the following:

“There is a clear divergence of purpose here. Watching ISIS operate, it is clear they have received far superior training than that given the Iraqi Army, training the US spent several hundred billions dollars on. The secret training camps in Jordan, established three years ago but now “gone dark,” are staffed with elite Special Forces. There is strong evidence that the core of ISIS capability is tied to these bases in Jordan and “black budget” facilities known only to the likes of Senator John McCain, soon to take over as Chairman of the all-powerful Senate Armed Services Committee.”

And then we have this from Washington’s Blog:

(37) Similarly, in 2005, Professor John Arquilla of the Naval Postgraduate School – a renowned US defense analyst credited with developing the concept of ‘netwar’ – called for western intelligence services to create new “pseudo gang” terrorist groups, as a way of undermining “real” terror networks. According to Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist Seymour Hersh, Arquilla’s ‘pseudo-gang’ strategy was, Hersh reported, already being implemented by the Pentagon

There is a saying, if you want to beat the enemy, become the enemy. Who is funding ISIS? Who do they really work for? Monsanto? The Vanguard Corporation and their subsidiary Raytheon as Benjamin Fulford has suggested? Who is the real enemy here?

First, the notion that the French, using US “intelligence” are hitting targets where there are no fighters. The Russians, on the other hand, are hitting anything and everything which could hint at what many have alluded to all along – namely that the US is either i) intentionally avoiding ISIS, ii) scared of collateral damage, or iii) some combination of both and that’s now finding its way into French strikes via the provision of intelligence from Washington to Paris. Katherine Frisk is or was an enigma. We know that the amazing world-changing book, Jesus Was A Palestinian, was authored by a “Katherine Frisk” but there is NO other information on “Katherine Frisk”.  We don’t even have an active email for her.

Many say that Katherine was Catherine “Kate” Frisk who was born in Malta in 1933 and lived in the USA where she passed away in 2018. But that’s NOT confirmed.

It may be that “Katherine Frisk” is a nom-de-plume. Considering the subject matter in our book, it would NOT be a stretch to imagine that some would take offense to her truth-telling and so going full anonymous would make survival sense. We simply don’t know.  And so we cannot 100% confirm her identity.

What we do know is that Katherine submitted over 50 articles to VT and wrote a great book. That all stopped in 2018.  VT periodically does a few re-publishes of her work.
