” Veterans911.com Hotline prepares to Open”
by Ken Smith
Again, It’s a truly a remarkable idea.
“Veterans Helping Veterans”
“Over 300 sign up to volunteer say director O’Brien”
As my readers already know, I volunteer once a month for the Veterans Hotline. This is a two-hour commitment and I will be “On Station” from 5am to 7am, the third Monday of each month.
I was called by Bob O’Brien yesterday afternoon who thanked me for the story that ran here in VT and somehow, was also picked up by Ron Paul’s blog.
“We have received over 300 applications from volunteers so far” said O’Brien.
Here is a video that shows we have not learned anything.
Anyone (Veteran or nonVeteran) can sign up to volunteer at http://www.Veterans911.com.
O’Brien said they are also recruiting sponsorship sales agents, (preference given to Veterans), who will work from home lining up sponsors for this new project. Anyone interested in that can send an email to [email protected]
I will be writing a series of articles about this new hotline, as I predict it has tons of potential.
What I find incredible is a video here that Watchdog-Nation posted on YouTube that tells the story of the VA hotline. Take a watch and be amazed
Now, this is NOT Veterans Today showcasing that the VA hotline is worthless, its Watch Dog Nation who found this Navy Veteran in Texas, video’d her at her home as she is trying to get assistance. Has anyone ever had a good experience with the VA hotline? If so, I would be willing to post that video here. I can’t seem to find any testimonials of that kind online.
